Safety features

The innovative and patented electronic Trigger Lock is a new safety feature and integrated in the wireless Wave Gun, Wireless Wave Foot Control and the Wireless Wave Hose Control.

The trigger has to be consciously pushed in a certain Morse code in order to start the water jetting intentionally: the engine of the high pressure water jetting unit will simply not respond without having received this wireless Morse code signal. The Trigger Lock will prevent operators from jetting unintendedly (by acciden), and as such prevent the possibility of injuring himself or others.

The Wireless Wave Master Control and the Wireles Wave Repeater are equipped with a Remote Emergency Stop Button (pressure total down). It enables the machine operator and/or assistant to instantly neutralize the pressure in case of (potential) hazardous situations. Wireless.

All modules are designed ergonomically and are light weight, to ensure easier handling for the operators. The ergonomic designs of the modules require less energy to operate.

+ Ergo-trigger
The new Ergo-trigger is one trigger that can be easily operated from two positions (horizontally and vertically). It improves the flexibility to maneuver comfortably. The operator can stay in control and in balance in any situation. Water jetting (hard to reach spots) is much easier and less energy demanding.

+ Anti-Vibration design
The hand-arm vibration level of the innovative Wireless Wave gun is factor 4 less compared to the best available traditional gun in the market. It’s simply the most safest gun around and your best option to prevent injuries, including White Finger Syndrome.

+ Light weight, 360 degree handle, adjustable shoulderstock
The Wireless Wave Gun is light weight, has a 360 degrees maneuverable handle and has an adjustable shoulder stock.

The Lance tube protector on the Wireless Wave Gun prevents contact with the hot lance (in case of hot water jetting). It also enhances the operators’ manual grip of the lance.

The Wireless Wave Control System is developed and build in compliance with the demands and requirements of all relevant industry and safety directives, such as ATEX/EMC.

WWCS complies with all relevant industry and safety directives, such as the Machine Directive (2006/42/EG), EMC-directives (2004/108/EG) and the ATEX-directives (94/9/EG). Copies of these CE-certifications, as well of the IP 68, are part of the owner and instruction manual. An original test certificate for the installed Wireless Wave Control Systems, will be included.
