Upgrading your high pressure water jetting unit with a Wireless Wave Control System is realised in one day. This installation and testing process will be done at our factory, or at your premises. We will provide you and your selected team with a practical instruction and training, involving all acquired WWCS modules. Your Wireless Wave Control System and training comes with instruction manual and test certification. You will be ready to operate wireless.

The final delivery comes with a SIR test certification (SIR: the Dutch Regulatory body for the Industrial Cleaning Industry) and the WWCS-instruction manual, including the guarantees, copies of general certifications as well as safety, inspection and maintenance directives.

CE-marking and general certification include:
+ Machine Directives (2006/42/EG)
+ EMC-directives (2004/108/EG)
+ ATEX-directives (94/9/EG)
+ IP68 – certification.

Inspection and preventative maintenance tasks need to be executed as described in the WWCS Instruction manual. These involve:
+ Preventive daily maintenance tasks
+ Annual inspection by the certified specialist(s)

The frequency of the general inspection and preventative maintenance tasks are based upon normal circumstances and normal temperatures. We recommend to always contact the technical department of DERC Salotech, if any question rises or maintenance support is needed.
