Yes, you can run in Vibram Five Fingers without wearing socks. The design of the shoe is meant to mimic the feeling of running barefoot, so wearing socks is not necessary. Jogging with barefoot shoes like the Vibram 5 Finger V Run Sneaker can be initially painful for some people as their feet and leg muscles adjust to the different style of running. The lack of cushioning and support in barefoot shoes can put more strain on the feet and lower legs, leading to discomfort and soreness. However, with proper technique and gradual adaptation, many people find that the pain diminishes over time as their muscles strengthen and adapt to the new running style. It's important to start slowly and listen to your body to avoid injury. **
